La Regeneration/ Laboma Beach

The project is being developed to transform the lagoon into a Conservation Park that will be a huge asset to the La community and a source of pride, with recreational and educational facilities for the people of Accra. Facilities around the lagoon will include a conservation school and research centre where local people will be instructed about sustainability and management of the lagoon’s fragile ecosystem and preservation of wildlife.

On the beachfront, a unique hotel and residential development around a marina is proposed, together with associated commercial and beach resort spa and leisure facilities. This facility will be managed by a first-class international hotel resort operator. These developments will bring major benefits to the local economy.
