The design of two adjacent (and mirrored) 5 bedroom houses with private swimming pools and associated facilities on a private estate in Abidjan. Each house has an area of approximately 590m2 (6,300square feet) with secure parking for 2 cars plus two visitor spaces.

The ground floor for each house provides a double height living room leading to bar, a day room, kitchen/ breakfast room, a formal dining area, study/home office and separate guest suite. Upstairs there is a separate wing for the master suite with 2 dressing rooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms; there are 3 further family bedrooms, all en-suite and a TV snug and communal bathroom. A secure retreat is provided in the basement with secret entrance. Staff accommodation is provided above the garages with separate access.

Externally, the houses are surrounded by lushly planted gardens: the living room opens onto a courtyard, the kitchen opens onto a kitchen courtyard for external cooking, and the bar opens onto the swimming pool which has its own pool house for changing.
